Refurbished Grade A

The Item will be in great condition with minimal marks, there may be some barely noticeable light cosmetic scuffs or scratches on the casing, slight wear to the keys, mousepad, mouse buttons or palm rest area. there will not be any broken parts

Refurbished Grade B

The Item will be in good condition but may have some cosmetic scuffs or scratches on the case plastics, there could be very light scratches or scuff marks on the screen, this does not affect the use of the unit,
There could be a dead pixel(s) on the screen

The latches that hold the screen closed could be broken or missing.
