Delivery, warranty and returns

Delivery
Laptop delivery is free within the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 4 days, then sent on a next day DPD service with tracking updates and a delivery window.
Warranty
Laptops include a 12 month warranty from the day you receive your order. During the first 30 days we can organise collection via DPD; after that the warranty is return to base.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible products within 30 days for a refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days once the return is received and checked.
