What do our grades actually mean?
Grading describes cosmetic condition only — the marks, scuffs and signs of use a device picked up in its previous working life. It never describes how the laptop performs. Whatever the grade, every device is tested in house, cleaned and prepared for dispatch, and covered by the same 12 month hardware warranty and 30 day money-back guarantee.
